Classes

Running all year round.

Venue: Clapham Common South, opposite the Tube station.

Day: Wednesday evening 7pm and Saturday morning 10.30am

Info: These classes include learning boxing technique, which is great for self defence and getting fit. They also include resistance, cardio and core based conditioning.  These methods will at the same time increase your fitness, help you lose weight, destress and tone up. The classes take a varied format and include fun dynamic exercises in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. There is also lots of boxing action and a chance to learn a skill via the technique delivered by our top trainers.

Signing in: Sign up via phone call or email before 7pm the day before to guarentee your place

Payment: Preferred method is paypal on this website follow the link to the shop. Or bring cash or cheque (payable to Paul Carroll) in an envelope with your name on it. Cost £10 per class or £75 for 10 in advance.

Group Training - Corporate classes

Group Training sessions cater up to 12 people who train in any 1 class.  This is great for team building or sharing the experience with a friend and a fun way to spend the lunch hour or after work.  If you have 2 or more people who would like to train with you then great, if not then contact us and we can partner you up with others also seeking group training.

Location can be anywhere near your office or home that has a park. So if you want to learn boxing skills, have fun doing so, tone up and lose weight affordably then these group training sessions are for you.

Led by former Boxers who are qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers. All levels and abilities catered for.
